A person can leave Rusk County Jail on bond, after a court order, after time served, or through a transfer. Some departures lead to TDCJ, another county, federal custody, or ICE custody. Arrest date and release date measure different events. A person arrested weeks ago may leave today. Someone booked today may remain confined. A result dated within the past day therefore does not answer who got out today, and an older arrest cannot be excluded from a same-day release inquiry.
